I am no Chef BOoyyyyardee or anything however I did whip up a few fun and yummy fall food options. Some of these are really simple and minimal steps to complete and maybe one is out of box with a touch of something special to not make it so basic lol
I love all things Mexican all the time + the margaritas don't hurt either! So, first I made some chicken nachos, the cilantro is key and cheap! It was key to put sliced Kolby Jack cheese on top of it, yes the full slices!! Layering it up and cooking until the chips are a golden brown. Cook at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes! Also, a trick my momma Steph taught me was parchment paper is AMAZE. lol
Next up, a little sweet tooth for you and literally straight out the box + a splash of white chocolate chips to make them so basic #psl lol Serisouly, these cookies take a 1.2 cup of butter (or more) lol and 1 egg.. + unlimited amounts of white choclate chips. I am pretty sure ate all 15 by myself haha #sorrynotsorry #walmartfinds Sutton is also a fan, they look super duper homemade right.. Our Wal-Mart is sadly sold out of it right now so I am super annoyed because I was going to show up to Thanksgiving looking like a made some huge, fluffy and yummy cookies for the day! Ready for some Christmas ones because you the know the Great value thought of them for all seasons.
Lastly, was a loaded grilled cheese. I loveee a good grilled cheese with a soup.. What is your go to soap? Love me some potato soup!! I want to learn to make it for now.. I will keep buying my Panera Bread soup at Wal-Mart. lol I think what is key here to make your grilled cheese be banging as some cool kids may say... is putting seasoning on the outside when you butter the bread! It just gives a little extra something something...
Fall favorites... I will hopefully soon be able to post these prior to like a season ending. Just grinding out here is hard sometimes! I promise I will get better.. honestly these meals are good for whenever maybe not the pumpkin spice cookies lol
dig in :)
